The Pre-Visit
Let's plan for your appointment! For any service I provide, dress comfy. Whether you're here for a short wax or a long facial, plan for relaxation. My whole studio is carpet, so bring your comfiest socks or slippers and be prepared to take your shoes off at the door.

When booking your appointment, keep in mind how much time you have knowing your first visit also comes with a 30 min consultation. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation text, followed by a reminder before your appointment.

Day-of Details & Parking
When the day arrives, you’ll follow maps to my address, pull in the driveway and find a spot. Once parked, you'll enter through the door on the left with the two steps. If the light on the left next to the door is on, that means I am ready for you to come in and will be at the door to greet you.
Something I strive to help my clients with is nervous system regulation. I encourage you when you are on the way to the studio that you do some breath work and not rush. This will set you up to be more relaxed and centered while you are being taken care of.
The Consultation
Every first appointment begins with a thorough 30 min consultation, This is when I get to learn your goals, lifestyle, and history to set you up for success on this new journey. I will first have you fill out a consultation form so that I can use this to guide our session that day and also reference back when we get to future appointments. This is an open, no-pressure, collaborative conversation and the time to ask any questions you may still have before we get started.

We’ll talk about:
• Your skin or nail history and daily routine
• What's working for you vs. what's not
• Your maintenance comfort level and long-term goals
• For gel manicures, your nail inspiration photos and what you like about them

From there, I’ll fully customize the service based on everything we discussed and the time we have booked. I'll snap a before shot so that any service you book we can keep for record on progress. You'll be ready to jump into the service knowing exactly what to expect.
After Goodbye
Once we’ve finished your service, I’ll take an after photo to document your your new look! We’ll do a quick closing consultation to walk through the rest of your day, discuss any aftercare product recommendations and instructions, and make sure you’re feeling confident and cared for. I’ll also help you decide what to book next and how far out that day or you can come here to my website to re-book anytime.
A few days after your appointment, you will receive an email to update me with thoughts, questions, or concerns. This can be about how your skin or nails is doing so far, how a product you purchased is going, or about your next appointment if something changed.
Your happiness with your services means everything to me, and I’m here to troubleshoot or make adjustments if needed. Please note: While I do not offer refunds, I stand behind my work. If you’re experiencing any challenges with your skin or nails after your appointment, I encourage you to contact me within 7 days so we can make it right.
